A good surprise in Brno
The hotel features an artistic design, and my room offered a charming view of the nearby park. Breakfast included delicious homemade bread and friendly staff. A great way to start the day!

Had a spacious room with a huge bathroom. Such a lovely surprise! Showering was a bit tricky with the high shower bracket. Would definitely come back!

The room was of a good size, the bathroom modern, receptionist helpful.
No tea or coffee facilities, yellow lemonade was called "juice", fresh orange juice available but diy = very messy and time consuming. Very small tv, hard matresses, not very strong light, no space in fridge, room service slow, parking not obvious, reception located at the bar where smoking is permitted.

The staff were the best!! Buffet breakfast was a great surprise and very well prepared. I would definitely return. The CHZ people were among the nicest people I have ever met!
Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad. Rooms were great and quiet.

The receptionists were very helpful and the hotel, as the city was, was very clean.
There were no lifts, and curious curvy stairs. As our room was on the top floor (the third floor) getting to the room was a bit of a pain, especially when drunk or hungover and even more so when I kept forgetting things.

The apartment - which was a special suite - was great, particularly the largest bedroom and the bathroom. The room is quite large and well decorated. The smaller room was also fine, including the bath. In general, the design and furniture of the room were also very nice and modern. The room had available (paying) good wine, chips, chocolates, etc.
Regrettably we were very unlucky. In spite that the room was perfect, we discovered at night that the bed was full of ants and we had to change rooms (only for the largest one). The new room was in a different floor and was still OK, but could not compare to the one of the apartment. A really pity. Even though, the staff was really helpful and they were very embarrased with the situation. They offered us some discount becuase of the incident.
